The representatives from ******** that assisted me were absolutely wonderful. Not only did they listen to me, they actually heard me and provided me with a solution that was acceptable for me. That random flyer in the mail saved me. I worked with Jade and at no point did I feel like I was being sold something, she explained everything in so much detail. Wasnt pushy, and till this day always answers when I call. She even called to ask if I was okay because she heard about storms in my state. I was really anxious for awhile but getting help from someone and a company with a true desire to help me made all the difference in the world.

They couldn't do a loan but a consolidate for debt relief which will help my payments are expected to be less than just my other loans payment and includes 4 other cards. The process was direct and professional
