They are using a bait and switch technique to get you to call them and give out your personal info!!they said I could qualify for a low fixed rate loan to get out of debt, but when I called and talk to them on the phone, I was told I did not qualify for a loan, but if I paid a lawyer instead they could lower my debt! I wanted to take out a loan in order to pay back the people I owe, and not put money into a lawyer's bank account!!!I know for a fact that they outlawed the bait and switch maneuver!

I received a letter in the mail that I was preapproved for a loan. I went to their website and put in the offer code and it said that someone would be calling me. When the phone rang and I answered, it told me to push 1 for help with my application. It then directed me to someone who told me that they are the people who send out the letters and not the people who process and help. This screams scam and now my phone rings off the hook to get the same loop and response.

I received a letter in the mail from this company, Liberty First Lending. I called to see what else I needed to qualify for a loan since the letter said I was pre-approved. The lady who attended to me yesterday was completely unprofessional, treating me as if I didnt know anything about credit totally unprofessional. They asked me so many questions, even asking if I had a washing machine at home, how much I spent on cleaning products per month, etc., etc. How ridiculous all of this was. After all these questions, they told m... read more

Well, this/these reviews ANSWERED (or confirmed) my questions. This company, even as it states that they are not out to deceive a potential customer... THEY ARE! Their MAILING DOES STATE, and I Quote "We're pleased to inform you that you're pre-qualified FOR A LOAN (Emphasis on this) up to $23,000 with Liberty First LENDING (Again Emphasis on this) with a rate as low as 5.99%". I got a call from their "service representative" ****** He started rambling off with their survey questions. I asked him, "Is this a call pertaining to the possibility of any of of loan ?" In which he replied, "I cannot answer that question for you." Them immediately hung up on me. Sounds like a bs scam to me. They sure as heck do not know a thing about business etiquette. I've heard other scam calls that were at least way more polite than these a-holes.

Well, first of all let me start off by saying that the 3 different boys I spoke with were incredibly rude. Like, who the heck do these little arrogant prices think they are. Secondly, the whole thing seems scammy. The credit bureaus sold my information to this company for them to solicit me into their program, which, you must pay 4.9% of the loan plus interest. And, you can't just pick and choose what credit cards you want to pay off... the money goes directly to the cc company and you must pay off at a minimum, 80% of your ... read more
