Service - on point. Food - on point. We had fish and chips and Shepard pie plus the bread pudding. All so very good. Guinness was perfect. Great atmosphere and great patio with live music. Our waitress was wonderful and so helpful. We love this place and wish them the best of luck. Can't say a single bad word here.
Really nice place with cool decor, nice servers and wait staff. The menu is full of great options and it's pretty affordable. We had the scotch egg, pork belly, bangers with mash, and London market chicken curry. Everything was delicious. I'll definitely be back!
If I could give a 2.5 I would because this was very middle of the road and as average as you can get. I was also partially disappointed due to my anticipation for the opening of this restaurant. It was also empty which made me question going in. I got the bangers and mash and my girlfriend got the fish and chips. My friend said the bangers looked like they were cooked with an iPhone light, which I would agree with. The mash was fine but the amount of food I received for the price point, it was a bit ridiculous. My girlfriend... read more
Need IPA beers on tap and cold glasses would be great. Can beer was colder . Nice to see the pub back
I was there a few nights ago with friends after a referral from my good friend, Nathaniel Villarreal. Right when we walked in, we knew it was going to be a fun night from the British rock music playing and the friendly server. I had already checked out the website beforehand and was excited to see crab cakes on the appetizer menu - they were amazing! For my entrée, I ordered the Fish and Chips, and it was absolutely on point. The tea was flavorful and filtered, which was a nice touch. The food and service were both fabulous,... read more
Don't hesitate to add this new British eatery to your list of "possibles" for lunch or dinner. The unique starters were very tasty- 'tried the Scottish Egg and the crispy Brussels Sprouts and loved them. The Fish and Chips were the absolute best I've ever had! We have some pretty intense gluten allergies in the family and their offerings in this area of concern were quite limited- that's what kept me from awarding them the fifth star. I am told that they are working on their gluten free menu, and we look forward to seein... read more
Food as delicious as I remembered. The scotch egg was perfect. The Guinness beer cheeses with bacon was top notch. Wife loved the creamy onion soup. We spilt a Jameson Chicken sandwich. It was so good. I'm glad the place is back. Can't wait to come back. Service was fast. For a Saturday it was supper chill.
Food was great atmosphere was great but would have been really cool if I could take my kid to a booth in the bar area, not at the bar but a booth in the bar area would be cool.
Good fish and chips. Two large pieces of fish. The trifle was excellent. I'd come back and try several other items. Nice atmosphere and large space.
