Chris is an amazing real estate agent. Not only is he very knowledgeable and thoughtful, but he goes the extra mile to make sure that all aspects of the home buying experience - from finding a mortgage to swapping over utilities to arranging lawn services - are seamless. After buying a home with Chris, I can honestly say that I will never use another real estate agent.

I'm glad I went with Pier! Not only did he deal with my indecisiveness but also understood and explained the pros and cons and made me feel very comfortable with my first home buyer experience! I've know him for many years and I'm glad that when I was ready to buy he made my experience that much better. Pier also negotiated a great deal for me!!! I was extremely happy and impressed with the negotiations and the great deal he got me on a beautiful and very desirable home in a sellers market.

Chris is incredibly knowledgable of all angles of Austin and Central Texas real estate. He steered me clear of my worst inclinations and help me find a property I could build equity in over the next few years, all while putting up with my indecisiveness. We put in multiple offers in the the overwhelmingly seller-friendly market of summer 2019 and ultimately ended up landed the property that worked best all around. He moves fast and is upfront and honest. You won't end up making a deal you regret with this guy.
