We were so disappointed with our dinner last night. We had been there three weeks ago and the experience was exceptional. Once we arrived, we were seated in the bar area to a very nice table next to the windows. Our server was attentive at the beginning, bringing us drinks, taking our appetizer orders, etc., which came out very quickly. Then she proceeded to ghost us. The food was outstanding, as was the service. Prices are on the high side, and then they add a 3.5% administrative fee (whatever that is), and charge you $12 (plus a 50 cent convenience fee) for parking. Server also recommended a “special” which was just the regular dish + a market priced lobster (I didn’t expect a “special” to cost more than $100, but shame on me!) Definitely a ‘special occasion’ kind of place, but I can’t see anyone going there for ‘Saturday dinner.’

I’ve eaten at Luna several times and it’s been very good. However this time it was a disappointment. We took friends and I had really talked it up. The Lemon Pasta - a featured dish - was dry and all stuck together. Very disappointed. Service was excellent but I’m not sure we’ll go back given the cost, I’m sorry to say.

In February and many before we had so many great experiences with Kenny as the manager at Luna. Tonight 3/11 we returned for what we have experienced in the past only for a major disappointment. We waited 45 minutes for our table. The hostess were completely confused. New management came up to explain to us why we didn’t have a table, then all of a sudden we had three choices of tables. All was good with food and service. The scantily clad hostesses were an off putting surprise that took away from the experience. Would not return because of it.

I go to Luna’s and Giada’s in vegas and pronto; thou our waiter was great we arrived at 5pm party of 2 they sat us was in the back and restaurant not crowded; ordered cocktails appetizer and salad entree was not made chef failed forgot to make order by 625pm we received both entrees which were missing ingredients and was bland not made proper. We ate the dinner and left in 20 minutes I shared with waiter when we arrived we had an engagement close by at 7pm. The chef failed on every level not the meal or ambience I expected. ... read more

The chicken dish was very disappointing. It was a very very small 1/2 chicken that was over cooked. The lobster was not worth the extra charge as you barely had 2 bits from the lobster tail. Don’t like that you have to give them your entire order all at one time.
