Went to the first night open and it was a perfect occasion. Service was perfect from our server Savannah. She explained the new menu perfectly. We had the Bistecca porterhouse, for two. One of the best, if not the best, we have ever had. Very nice and unique Costal Italian menu. Even a surprise visit from Giada herself. She was so pleasant and applicative of our visit and comments. Truly a wonderful lady. Looking forward to our next visit. A++++

Exciting to be dining “with Giada” on her opening night. She was very personable, humble, and gracious. We loved the Fritto Misto. It was so well prepared. Light and flavorful. Highly recommend to share. We also had the Lobster Bucatini. Flavors were good. We were dining on the patio and the pasta cooled down quickly. Lobster was tender. We finished with Limocello soufflé. Met Giada on Opening Night. Restaurant staff and experience was exceptional. Highly recommend.
Was a fun experience for the first night open. We got to meet Giada too! Love her Vegas location at the Cromwell, so we were excited to grab a table when it became available on OpenTable. Yay! Waiter Kenneth was spectacular, despite the first night craziness of it all. The focaccia and bacon wrapped dates were delicious. We had ordered a third app to share, the arugula salad, but that was forgotten despite being on the bill(we didn't realize till we got home and actually read the receipt...). We were there on opening night. The staff was all very courteous and accommodating. The service was amazing. The food was outstanding. Considering it was opening night, we were very impressed! We will definitely go back.

Amazing opening night! Service was a little bit slow to start but it was busy and there was so much going on, so we understand. Our server was super friendly and made the best recommendations! We can’t wait to be back :)
Food, service, and ambiance all hit the marks but the prices are a bit delusional. Giada nails it with lemons and parmesan here, especially on the lemon pizza and lemon pasta. Why is a generic fritto misto $27 though? The lemon aioli was fantastic but we're missing a few grams of truffles at this price point. Salad selection is abysmally mediocre unfortunately. Whatever cleaning ingredients that were used in the hotel/restaurant were horrible and I had a reaction that I couldn't enjoy the food. No way should a restaurant be that toxic that one couldn't smell or enjoy the food. The food was below par in quality. I've been here three other times and was quite satisfied. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
