Oysters very small and not a good Value. Service was non existent.

Food was delicious, but the server was too obsequious and the pacing was a disaster. We waited quite a while for our drinks and our starter. But the starter didn't arrive until after our salads. Then we ordered our entrees after the salads arrived, but they were delivered before we could finish the salads and starter. This was our second visit, and we hope the service, which was impeccable our first time, will improve. The arugula salad is worth coming back for....

Our waiter was gone throughout the time we were there, we came near the end of closing time and lacked customer service. Food was good, I think the waiter needs to tell us the right price for add-ons as it was more than what they stated.

Overall it was a very good restaurant, but I agree with other reviews saying it’s overpriced. $39 for the signature lemon spaghetti that had 2 pieces of shrimp and the pasta was undercooked (and I love Al dente pasta but this wasn’t cooked enough). We also had the mortadella pizza for $28. There was no sauce on it at all so it was like a cheesy flatbread with mortadella on top. It was good, but should’ve been $20 max. We want to Luna by Giada because of the famous viral video that we saw of the Parmesan wheel pasta. Once we showed up- it was not busy and made us wait 20 minutes. When we looked over the menu, there was no Parmesan wheel pasta, so we asked the server about it. They said it was only used at a VIP party. This was an item that was not on the menu. Manager was amazing, staff was friendly, but very expensive and we both left hungry.

Horrible service last night. I made a reservation for 3 people back in February for dinner last night. We arrive exactly on time at 6:30. The 5 hostesses behind the counter told us they are clearing some tables and would be seated soon. I was fine with that. We ended up not being seated until 45 minutes later!! We couldn’t believe it. Great service! Very nice looking restaurant. The food was good and quantity was good. The prices are very high and the food is not worth what is being charged. The restaurant does not serve bolognese sauce. I’ve never been to any Italian restaurant that does not have this on the menu and it is something that should be added in my opinion. The restaurant adds an administrative fee to the bill which is totally absurd. To add a fee to an already overpriced menu is simply terrible.

The service was outstanding - our sever was great- but the food was subpar. Mastro’s prices for Sauce food. Skip it!
