Amanda, Ray and CJ made an amazing evening fantastic service, amazing food and a great host that made the evening possible. A must if you are in Scottsdale. Coming back tomorrow night. Vegetable bolognese was off the hook.

Overall was good. They have some kinks to work out, as it was opening weekend. Beautiful setting and service was pleasant (but fell behind a lot). Would definitely give another shot once they get their footing.

We took a later than normal reservation due to availability. We showed early and seated right away. There are three distinct dining rooms. One full when you walk in. The second room where we ate was empty compared to the front one. Back private dining area with glass doors and walls. The food was very good. They seemed short handed but I guess that’s to be expected with a new restaurant. The manager was very gracious and understanding saying that things will improve. The lemon pizza was the best thing we had. It was outstanding. The other items were just ok.

We enjoy the Giada brand but… Nothing exceptional about anything at Luna. Service was super trained but artificial. Atmosphere was fine, but the portraits of Giada and videos of her shows were kinda culty creepy. There are so many excellent restaurants in the neighborhood, celebrity isn’t enough. Even the tourists will want to punt, because… The prices are cray cray. We stuck with apps, mostly so we could get a line on quality (and not ask for a grant). Really, a beautiful dining experience. Giada’s menu is always on point. Service is outstanding, ambiance is perfect sheik, yet cozy. I am hoping they add a lobster dish for one. Lobster Ravioli please!! Focaccia Bread is to die for. And do NOT leave without trying the brownie cheesecake!

Food wasn’t great. Waiter has no personality. It’s seemed like a cafeteria type setting. Hotel is beautiful and the bar area is cool but I have had much better food and service

Granted it is the first week the restaurant is open. The service was chaotic and slow. The food was ok. The highlight was the pizza and focaccia. We really wanted to have an amazing Italian restaurant in our neighborhood. Still looking. If I were staying at the hotel I would dine here for convenience but I would not go out of my way to dine here.
Great décor, delicious food and wonderful service! Can’t wait to go back.
