Everything about our experience was incredible! Our service was excellent! Amanda knew the menu well and guided us on our selections for the meal. She was incredibly sweet! Everyone working there was friendly and attentive. We had a great view by the window and the ambiance was warm and inviting. My only one comment: is that diners should be aware of is this 3.5% venueadminfee that at the moment is a not a removable fee that is added to the check. Wonderful service. Knowledgeable staff. Pizza dough was well cooked. Pasta sauces were delicious. Desserts were delicious as well as attractive. Energetic surroundings. Smaller wine choice for the amount of showcasing. Food and experience were great but overpriced.

Very noisy! Also, the menu was hard to read under each entree. Food was very good, as was the service

The meal was fabulous and so were the drinks. It was loud and hard to hear each other but it was a busy Saturday night

We had a nice dining experience but there are still kinks for this restaurant to figure out. I’m sure things will continue to improve as they’ve only been open for 3 weeks. Service: everyone seemed overwhelmed. We were seated 25 minutes past our reservation time and had to go back up to ask the host about our table. We were able to sit at the bar while waiting which took time to get a free bartender to serve us. While dining, simple requests like pepper took 5 minutes. Poor delayed start of service. Waited almost 20 minutes after being seated before waitress showed up with menus. Went back in hiding for a bit. The rest of staff stepped up and meal ended on a positive note. Very good food and worth a try.

Our first time at Giada‘s establishment looked nice very very loud, menu was written in light silver very dark and dining area could not read. They may want to recommend changing the color of writing. Food was OK but lemon lemon lemon lemon what’s up with that? I am also Italian and never had lemon in my food only lemon cello, probably wouldn’t recommend

Our experience at Luna was absolutely amazing! From the minute we walked in we felt so welcomed. The service was outstanding!
