Terrible service from the start!!! And they knew things were going poorly but they could not turn things around the entire night. The food was OK, but not very hot and nothing worth raving about. We would never go back. There are too many other great options to enjoy.
Food and service was bad. Pasta was super salty and my filet tasted like rubber. It was the eight of us , and did not get our drinks at the same time . Server seemed distracted. I think It was our last time to Luna. We definitely not going back. I was very disappointed bcuz this restaurant was my recommendation but it didn’t meet anyone’s expectations. We all ended up with a hefty check which was not worth it at all.

It’s always a good experience here. We haven’t been here since the new executive chef arrived. My only criticism is the “half-chicken” listed on the menu isn’t really a half at all. It’s a quarter of a Cornish hen, probably. The polenta & chicken were swimming in the sauce. Tasty, but a too much.

Unfortunately this place was disappointing. We were excited to try a Giada restaurant while in Scottsdale but this one left us wanting more. The real issue was the service. We were sat in the back corner of the restaurant. Took 15 minutes to be acknowledged. We ordered drinks, another 10+ minutes for those and then we ordered dinner. The hostess was extremely rude and dismissive when we asked her to take a photo of our family. We asked to be seated inside and were sat halfway on the patio. It took forever to get our food. The entires were not good at all. We will never go back. It was a horrible experience.

By Very beautiful dining room however staff was a little on the slow side and wasn’t paying much attention to us in that they served our main course while we were still eating our salads. I hate when that happens and you would think they would not do this in a high end restaurant. The caprese salad was so-so. They used a foam instead of mozzarella. We weren’t impressed. The branzino was pretty bland. Everything else was good. Not sure I will return.
