I had high hopes that our Sealy Posturepedic Firm would provide the support we needed, and go the distance. However, this mattress came up short. Like 4 months short. I would say during the 1st month this bed gave me the support I needed, but by month 4 I was beginning to have major low back issues. I did a deflection test and within 4 months, it had already dipped by almost 1 inch. I'm not a huge guy, at only 220lbs, so I expected better resilience from this mattress. I purchased this mattress in October 2025. I’ve to rotate it every month and had to get a mattress topper. I’m 120 pounds it took 10 years on my old mattress to feel an indentation

The mattress arrived and after set up looked a little saggy. After sleeping on it a couple nights noticed a hill going down the middle which prevented me from rolling over to the middle of the bed. Just seemed like it was used by 2 people that slept on both sides and created the hill between them. Not as plush and supportive as I expected. Edges were not reinforced and you slide off it you sit on it.
I bought this Cal-king mattress about a month ago and I had to return to Costco, because the motion transfer. Each time. my husband turned, I felt it and it woke me up. No good.!!!

I thought I was buying a FIRM mattress, it definitely is not firm. I did not want to do the review until a few days of using…what a MAJOR disappointment. This bed used by one female, lives alone. It is sagging in the middle, I mean extreme sagging. I am shocked, sad, disappointed!! What is my recourse???

I bought this mattress two months ago and it's already sagging. My last mattress from Costco was five years old when it started doing that. So disappointed, total waste of money.

On the side where I sleep. (Victor) there is now an indentation. Maybe 2 inches deep. The indentation seems to be permanent. Should we turn the mattress around and put the indentation at the bottom? Please advise.
