Bed is smaller than a normal size queen bed. It is not comfortable. Very disappointed. Especially being I ordered many for a new lodge in Alaska.
Sent wrong by size mattress twice. Would not receive 2 delivery. Return of initial (first shipment) mattress was given to driver as well. Will not order again- too much energy & chaos

Costco delivery and removal of old mattress was great. We wanted to like this mattress but ended up returning it. This is the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on. Made the call to return it after the first night and was told new mattress won't arrive for another week. After sleeping on this mattress for several more nights, we both decided the kitchen table would be more comfortable. Costco makes the return of these mattresses an easy process. Trying out the KS Stearns mattress next.
I finally started sleeping at night. It is so comfortable.
Very well made bed, delivery and return were very nicely done. Returned as the plush is not plush. It's very firm with a tiny bit of pillow top. Side sleeper, 180lbs, 5'6" and it left my shoulders aching every morning for two weeks. If you want firm this is for you. If you want plush try the beauty rest silver that I replaced this with.

We returned this product after using it for about a week. Mattress did not hold up, you could already see the divits where we slept so did not feel the mattress would hold up for the long haul. The return process with Costco was seemless with no problems!!

Preparing to return this item. In less that 2 months there are indentions that remain where we sleep and is losing its firmness. Very disappointed in the quality. It is so bad that even when bed is made you can see the lumps. We’ve never had this issue with previous mattresses.
Thanks to Costco’s great satisfaction guarantee, I have tried several mattresses from three different brands and none of them have been as good as previous ones of years ago. I prefer a firm mattress but none have been firm. They all claim that they have tons of springs! Maybe that’s the problem as I seem to feel the springs in my back as if I’m sleeping on a bed of smooth rocks with a mattress pad over them. We only got the firm mattress a few months ago and it is already is sagging badly where we sleep. We likely need to get a refund and choose something else...but I am not sure what to choose now. The Kirkland Stearn & Foster had a similar problem. Does Costco sell any decent inner spring mattresses?
