Betsy is the best at the Bethesda location. she does excellent work. Unfortunately you can't guarantee selection of a certain stylist, so who knows how my hair will look the next time. I don't like the corporation as a whole- the inability to request a particular person, the horrible AI phone tree, and the corporation doesn't treat its employees well. I can only speak for the excellent highlight job Betsy did on my hair.

I like that the salon has a self-dry bar with free products you can use! Also, the manager personally took care of my hair after my last experience wasn't great. I will come back ;)

I'm here every two weeks and everyone is so nice and helpful! I can't be trusted to do my own roots and so I think this is the most affordable way to keep up with them. They do a great job with highlights too. I think it's a great business model but only wish they could cut hair and it was easier to change appointment/they had one staff person managing the front. Otherwise I've been really happy and recommend them to everyone.
