Kayla was great! It was my first visit and I came in for a root touch-up. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel like I was in good hands throughout the appointment. A few things kept the experience from being a full 5 stars. The salon doesn't appear to have a dedicated front desk, so my stylist had to pause what she was doing to assist a walk-in customer. Had an amazing service from Brie and Banassa!!! They massively accommodated my busy schedule, were so efficient, friendly, and resourceful! The best shampoo experience and blowout! So grateful to them for excellent customer service!

Betsy is the best at the Bethesda location. she does excellent work. Unfortunately you can't guarantee selection of a certain stylist, so who knows how my hair will look the next time. I don't like the corporation as a whole- the inability to request a particular person, the horrible AI phone tree, and the corporation doesn't treat its employees well. I can only speak for the excellent highlight job Betsy did on my hair.

I like that the salon has a self-dry bar with free products you can use! Also, the manager personally took care of my hair after my last experience wasn't great. I will come back ;)
