I loved this place! Very clean, spacious, the staff is professional and helpful and very amigable. Khalida did a great job. Convenient price and practical approach to women needs. And I loved the women empowerment themes all over. I definitely recommend it.

Shequilla was absolutely amazing. She not only advised on the right color and balyage tone and gave me upkeep tips, but we also had very pleasant and positive conversations. I look forward to my next appointment with her.

First time at this salon. The salon is bright and clean. Covid protocols in place and followed. The staff was friendly and professional. Very pleased with the results. Maria was wonderful. I'll be back next month for my root touch up!

If it wasn't for Yelp, I would have never discovered MR. I had a great experience thru a Yelp event, so they have a loyal customer. They follow strict social distancing guidelines. You have to be let in, and must have an appointment. I got a touch up.. It was nice to see familiar faces. Very nice staff. The salon is immaculate and very clean. After years of coloring my hair at home, decided to give Madison Reed a try. I have 4C Natural hair and was concerned they wouldn't know how to color Black hair. Not a worry when I got there. I wanted gray coverage and moisturized hair. I got both. The color is a perfect match and they did a deep conditioner which left my hair moist for over a week. The staff here is AMAZING! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt like I was treated like a rockstar. Even though I was the last appointment of the evening, I didn't feel like they were rushing just to get me out. The Bethesda location is easy to find and near lots of parking garages. However, I am not crazy with Madison Reed Color in my hair. Although most of my gray is covered, it looks rather dull already (and yes, I am using color saving conditioner).

It was a wonderful experience so far. The professional did a excellent job and all in the salon was really nice. So in the same time, I decided to participate in the membership program. I win a big discount and full-size shampoo and conditioner. I love it.
