Run as fast as you can. They are understaffed and unprofessional. The colorist argued with me about the color shade I've been getting for years elsewhere. I know pretty well what that's been but she insisted it was 2 tones darker than it actually is.

I really was looking forward to this appointment after a stressful week and left feeling taken advantage of. I've been to this location 3 or 4 times and had a great experience with Melody. My most recent experience with Banesa (I think that was her name) was not great. She was not warm or welcoming, had headphones on the whole time and midway through my appointment she told me that she was charging me more for toner because I had "too much hair". Very disappointed. I have been going to Madison Reed for several years, but first time at this location. I made an appointment for the same color - all over service that I always get. When colorist initially consulted with me, she insisted that I should be getting a different semi-permanent color for the ends of my hair, saying the all over color would be too damaging. I had a terrible experience at a different location and tried this one. imagine my horror to walk in and find the same employee was now here. It's too bad Madison Reed cares that little about its customers. I won't be back.

The shampoo bowls are so poorly designed that the back of your blouse will always be soaking wet, no matter how skilled the operator. Wear old clothes and plan on an extra 8 minutes to dry your shirt with their hair dryers.

Terrible store and location, takes at least 15-20 minutes to be noticed or greeted and you get rude or indifferent service at best.

really disappointed. staff was nice but color isn't at all what I asked for--and i used old photo of myself as reference. the salon was shabby--not clean and with worse-for-wear damage on walls and furniture. went for highlights but left darker than when I arrived. photos stylist took show it. when I complained, no solution was offered, only to sign up for more coloring. won't go back. won't recommend.

I used to be a loyal customer but the quality of this location has dropped dramatically in the past several months. This past summer my hair was dyed orange. I thought I was imagining something, but 2 different friends asked me if I dyed my hair red. I had previously had great experiences here, so I gave them another chance.
