Bold of Madison Reed to link the yelp site on their email but ok. Hands down the worst company I've ever come across. Hair color is a personal service but good luck speaking to a person if you need anything, took me a while to get past bots. First time I went everything was ok. Linda and Michelle treated me very poorly when I did nothing to deserve it. Linda was pulling my hair while blow drying my hair. I must have jerked my head back a few times. I never complained or exchanged any words with her. wow! these two woman really hurt me by how they turned their aggression on me when I never showed any aggression to them. wow!

I wish I could give less than one star. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. They are also unable to provide a service that I have done on myself with box dye, so they seem to lack a lot of skill. I will not be returning and highly advise you all to stay away from this specific location.

while my stylist was friendly and did a great job with coverage and styling, the color was not at all what advertised. I had light auburn/strawberry blonde hair looking to go more copper. We settled on Genova red which appeared to have gold and auburn undertones. Sadly the dye turned my light hair to a dark dark brown color that I need to figure out to remove. Would not recommend their products.

The service was fine. If you go on a weekend plan an extra 30-45 minutes for parking. I drove around forever looking and basically had to wait in a garage for a space to open up. Too much hassle!

Extremely poor management and zero customer service at this location, 2921 District Avenue in Fairfax, Va. It was my second visit to this location, and while there was a miscommunication between the hair stylist and me, the manager did ABSOLUTELY nothing to offer any type of resolution. There was ABSOLUTELY no acknowledgment that the stylist failed to convey important information about this second appointment. I wanted to take the time to write a review because I think this hair coloring concept is a great one but customer service is incredibly important no matter what. I was thrilled to grab an appointment online only days in advance of my appointment. Just had a very frustrating experience at this location. I arrived 10 minutes late to an appointment (just for roots/self-drying) and was told they couldn't take me as they were backed up. I had driven 30 minutes and booked a babysitter to make this appointment, so I was pretty upset as I thought a 15-min grace period was standard and I had texted the location I would be late ahead of time (to no response). I have been going to this Salon @ Mosaic in Fairfax, Virginia since they opened and have gone through numerous managers and even when they did not have one . Staff is extremely professional and friendly and I can't say enough of my pleasant experience. However now they have hired a new manager who is VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
