I booked online and while Jasmine finished with a client I looked at the selection of different hair colors. She came over and ask what I was looking for and discussing options. She helped me decide on a color- going from blond to brown. She did a great job applying the color and checking on me and giving me plastic protectors for my glasses. The blow dry and style was just what I wanted.

It is super conveniently located and the fact that they open on Sunday, is great! Sometimes it is hard for me to take time off from work during that week. Safadi is wonderful. He covered every single gray hair I had! Oh my, his way to wash my hair was amazing. He really knows how to blow dry hair perfectly and fast. I will def come back and ask for Safadi!

First things first - come here for color - this is NOT a full service salon. I went here today for a root touch up after looking for a change from my normal 4 hour color/style appointment. I came here thinking it was a color/blowout bar, so I trusted the process to see how things go. As expected the color selection and process was seamless. I was in need of a root touch up last year and was able to get a last minute appointment. Unfortunately they had staffing issues and had to cancel my appointment but texted and called me to reschedule for the next day. They did a great job on my color and I was really happy. Fast forward to this year and my mother needed a hair color. We were able to get an appt within a three day window around the holidays. I had a fabulous experience here, but I guess I can understand some of the complaints I see from others. Let me break it down. What I loved: -I already order Madison Reed at home, but sometimes you just want a professional, and I got an exact color match. -Shahid (and I might be getting that wrong, But I hope not) gave the most amazing head massage ever. This place is awesome! The staff is very friendly and I love the root touch up subscription. I'm so happy they opened up their location in Fairfax corner. I had been going to mosaic but this location is closer. So happy with Madison Reed!

I've been coming here for a year and a half and I couldn't be more pleased!! I learned very quickly that all Domincan salons are NOT created equal! I love that they care about the health of the hair! They have a system that's set up to get you out quickly!
