I am torn on this one because the person who assisted me strongly felt in their mind that they were really trying to be helpful. I tried to explain what I wanted and why, and I even showed example pics of what I liked, only to be met with a silent look and a continuation of ignoring my appointment request and trying to talk me into something that I did not want at all. The salon was 45 minutes late despite having an appointment. This is not the first time they have been late and there doesn't seem to be a process for checking clients in. Customer service, managing appointments, and the process needs improvement.

Sadly staff at this salon are very rude and treated me with horrible attitude. I would not recommend this location for anyone to get a disrespectful treatment.

It was okay, but I don't think I would return. My experience was disappointing overall. After the product was applied to my hair, the stylist left for the day without telling me that someone else would be taking over. I sat for about 45 minutes before I had to ask someone what was going on and who would be washing my hair. Eventually, someone called me to the sink, but even then, there was no communication. Bold of Madison Reed to link the yelp site on their email but ok. Hands down the worst company I've ever come across. Hair color is a personal service but good luck speaking to a person if you need anything, took me a while to get past bots. First time I went everything was ok. Next visit while sitting in the chair the stylist sold me a membership for regular visits. Linda and Michelle treated me very poorly when I did nothing to deserve it. Linda was pulling my hair while blow drying my hair. I must have jerked my head back a few times. I never complained or exchanged any words with her. wow! these two woman really hurt me by how they turned their aggression on me when I never showed any aggression to them. wow!

I wish I could give less than one star. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. They are also unable to provide a service that I have done on myself with box dye, so they seem to lack a lot of skill. I will not be returning and highly advise you all to stay away from this specific location.

while my stylist was friendly and did a great job with coverage and styling, the color was not at all what advertised. I had light auburn/strawberry blonde hair looking to go more copper. We settled on Genova red which appeared to have gold and auburn undertones. Sadly the dye turned my light hair to a dark dark brown color that I need to figure out to remove. Would not recommend their products.
