My life has gotten so much easier since staring at Madison Reed. I have always been attended to right away! I really like how the colorists take their time to figure out my wants and they have achieved perfection each time. Today I had the pleasure to have Jasmine as my colorist and she did an amazing job! Straightforward services, efficiently handled, and reasonably priced. I was apprehensive about coloring my hair, but the stylists were reassuring and communicated clearly with me about what I wanted and what they would do.

The Fairfax location at Mosaic is beautiful. The staff are friendly professional and do their best to take care of everyone even when they seem to be understaffed. The Madison Reed color options are great, and I have a Monthly Membership that so far, I am happy with keeping. The only issue is the location may need more colorists on the busier days as sometimes the wait time is a bit more than a few minutes when an appt is set. However, it is not a fault of the personnel. I went for a roots + balayage for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at how well it went! I say surprised because I have very dark/near black hair and wasn't sure if they could lighten me up enough; it is hard to do it right with black hair and I've had plenty of not so great experiences with balayage/highlights at other salons. I love the concept of Madison Reed and the professionalism of the staff. The color products are the best I have ever experienced. The salon itself is so clean and quiet, which is rare for salons. I highly recommend the Salon in Fairfax.

The staff are very pleasant, and dedicated to their work. I had a slight mixup on my first visit, so they redid my hair for no extra charge, and confirmed that I was pleased with the results. Very accommodating.
