Waitress looked like she should have been working in the kitchen. After bringing food, didn't check on us once even after walking by several times. No refills on drinks (water and tea). Watched her and the manager (lunch time) sit at the bar playing on their phones. I have been to this location numerous times over the years and this is the worst it's been.

Food was horrible. When I got my food it was terribly cold, as well as the chicken looks uncooked very very uncooked waitress did not care in the world about the well-being of the food. Not to mention the food was very disappointing as well over priced for the quality of the food. It was just over all a disappointment for a date night with me and my wife. This may have literally been the worst restaurant experience I have had in a long time. Let's start out with the service. I'm not sure if our server was just really new and didn't really understand her job but it was clear she was lost. First it took forever to get anything. I don't know if something changed, because the first time I went here the food and service were amazing. But then I went back for takeout one day and it was AWFUL! I ordered a caesar salad (which came with house made caesar dressing the first time) and got a container of wilted lettuce and RANCH dressing! We had lunch here today and the service was really slow. We were seated around 1:20pm and no one asked for our drinks or order until 1:40pm. Since it was a long wait we were already decided on what to order for food as well. We waited again for another 20 min to get our drinks and 30 min for the food. Just don't go here. Ignored, talked down to, order wrong, anything you can think of. We'd been waiting on drinks for about 20 minutes so I figured I'd go to the bar and at least get some waters. The bartender looked at me and pointed and said "there's your waters." Went back and sat down. Three minutes later had to go back, our waters were just sitting on a tray on an empty table. Food was bland to tasteless and the music was too loud. Dinner for two cost almost $70. Too expensive for what you get.
