We Visited This Establishment And Had To Call The Manager Over For Being Looked Over After Being There Before Other Guest. The Food And Service Was Horrible. It's A Slow Night Wednesday To Be Exact. I Would Hope Nobody Experienced This We Were Celebrating My Daughters 23rd Bday. I Asked Missy Eull For Gift card Since Experience Wasn't Great. Please Help. Ambiance Was Mediocre. $117 Was A Bit Much

Horrible Food was not good, service was lacking Just horrible. Don't waste your money.

I've been going to the Maggie McFly's in Lynnhaven for a while now and normally have good service and good food. I haven't been in a while, we 3 wanted a burger and since we were in the area, we chose Maggy McFly's. Ummm....totally underwhelmed. We were seated immediately, which was nice, and then was greeted by the waiter. Nice gentleman. He took our drink order, two soda's and a sparkling water. We, for some time had grown fond of Maggie McFly's. The menu selection, especially having family members with significant allergies, has always been a treat. The food quality has always been amazing as well. Our last three visits to the Virginia Beach location though have been terrible customer service experiences. I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I would love to tell you the food is delicious and I had the best time there but I CANT. we walked in there at 10PM at 1015 we hadn't even been asked if we wanted water and by 1020 we gave up. I could possibly understand if it was busy but it was NO ONE there so I can't understand why we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come by and that's after I asked who was serving our table. I received so many great reviews about this establishment only to be very disappointment. I have never ever in my life have ever been racially profiled or stereotyped as the angry black women. Myself and 5 others visited this restaurant on Saturday night to celebrate a birthday. The food was great but they forgot my drink twice, the waiter took forever to come back to the table, and every time I looked back the staff was just standing around while my order was left on the bar and was watered down by the time it got to me. It wasn't even close to busy. No one was rushed. Service could definitely use some training.

While our service was great, the food absolutely fell short of amazing. I had the buffalo chicken pizza, my mom had the risotto and our friend had a pasta dish. We didn't try any drinks which maybe they put more thought and effort into those since they have a HUGE selection. So if you're a person who cares more about the drinks over the food then this may be your place. Would I try them again perhaps. The atmosphere was a very laidback place yet very well maintained. They have plenty of tvs as well.

Came here 10/19/24 around 830. We got sat right away at the first high booth when you first walk in . Server was friendly took our drink and appetizer order . While we were waiting a roach was crawling behind our heads around the top wooden part of the booth . We got up & stood around for about 5 mins , the hostess came over saw the roach & said she'd get someone . Took about another 5 mins for someone from the back to come kill the roach .
