You should really come up with a menu of things that you actually have instead of making your customers go through the back and forth of things you're out of with your wait staff. We've been in pandemic shortages long enough for you to know what you don't have and to plan accordingly with your menu. Having a wide menu of items you don't have detracts from the selling points of your establishment and in some regards is false advertising.

Subpar food and unenthusiastic and undertrained staff. We waited 10 mins to be greeted by a hostess. During that time I went to the bar to see if I could get the bartenders attention. He seemed to be the only one showing some hustle. Meanwhile, 3-4 salty female servers watched me and did nothing. When the hostess finally arrived, she escorted us to our table by bringing us around the back of the bar, right through the service well. Tried to come for a birthday dinner and they would not seat us with four adults and six kids. Losing a lot of customers and revenue by limiting the number of people that can sit at a table. Very disappointed in this poor customer service "rule".

Tonight we had dinner at Maggie McFly's and a cockroach crawled down from the wall and across our table while we were eating. My party and I jumped from our seats as it fell off the table and into my sister's lap. Our waitress came and kindly killed the cockroach. Okay so I gave them 2 stars because I've been to this place plenty of times and I've never had an issue everything is normally sooo good!However, this last time I've been ALL of my food was cold!! Even when it was sent back it was cold. I ordered soup and it was freezing, spinach dip-freezing, fish tacos-freezing, everything has to keep getting sent back!! This used to be one of my favorite places to go because they have a huge menu and good servers. Unfortunately, today was the last straw. The last 4 times I went there, they were out of each menu item I was looking for. Their veggie burger, poke, and their avocado rolls. I kept giving this place a shot. Don't eat here.... Saw one of the waitresses put ice cream in a cup with his bare hands ( no gloves no nothing)instead of using a scoop and no it wasn't for him i watched him take it over to one of the tables he was serving. If they are this nasty and unsanitary out in the open i can only image how they are in the kitchen. Oh yeah they also take forever and their customer service is trash.

Everything I wanted to order was unavailable. When I finally did order they made substitutes to it for what they were lacking without telling me. Thankfully I don't have food allergies. When I asked about the meal the manager said "I'm just a button pusher" and the kitchen makes the food. I still had to pay for it at full price. DO NOT ORDER THE SEAFOOD CASSEROLE!!! I thought that perhaps it was an off night, and the minimal staffing due to COVID has something to die with it, but our experience for a friends birthday was atrocious, and that is an understatement.
