I've been here once before and didn't really like their food. In my opinion, their food is very bland and overpriced. However, my husband wanted to try it because he had never been and we were already near the location, so we decided to go. We waited about 25 minutes for a hostess to even greet us. Many waiters and waitresses passed us without even a word. Horrible service. I'd give no stars if Yelp would allow. It's so disrespectful that since entering you aren't recognized and see other people receive attention. Should have left but my diabetic mom needed to eat. We even had to wait to pay the bill smh. Will NEVER return

Food coldservice horrible manager nowhere to be found. At 1 time it must have been a nice place but now in the year 2022 the place sucks too many young ones running the business there's no adult. There is no one in the restaurant but yet had to wait 45 minutes to be seated that's poor management‼ you have to wait 10 minutes for your beer I guess they don't have anyone 21 and over to serve you so you have to wait. This place will not last not with better restaurants around it‼‼‼‼

My husband and I came here often and eat at the bar. Service has always been good and food excellent. I recommended it for an after work get together. Worst experience ever. Service was horrendous. Took over 30 minutes to even place an order. Gave us one server who unfortunately wasn't able to handle anything. After several complaints and almost walking out we were given one other server who wouldn't even let us talk to the manager. First time attending the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon and got bad service in getting our table when the place was empty. We order from menu which had a set price for a meal at $15.99 and when we got the bill it was $22.98. After we had finished the meal they mentioned it was more due to addition of grilled chicken to the pasta. This was unprofessional and just very bad business. Never going back to this restaurant and definitely would not recommend to anyone.

Before I begin this review let me start off by saying that this review is based solely on my opinion and my opinion alone so with that being said let's go!. We called and tried to make reservations but weren't allowed to because of restaurant policy I believe and quoted us over the phone it would be a 2 hour wait but when we arrived and put our names on the list it was only an hour which was great ( thus the reason of one of the stars ). I had planned to celebrate St. Patrick's Day right this evening with a corned beef and cabbage meal. Since I knew there would be run on this meal, I called Maggie McFly's early at 3:45 for a pickup at 7:00. When I called I was told there was no way they could take an order that early. Food was inedible. When returned to the waiter the manager didn't see need to investigate problem.

I ordered the chicken RAMEN noodle soup bowl and the noodles used is NOT RAMEN. They used ANGEL HAIR SPAGHETTI PASTA! NOT what I paid for. Very Disappointed in the FALSE advertised listing on their menu.
