This may have literally been the worst restaurant experience I have had in a long time. Let's start out with the service. I'm not sure if our server was just really new and didn't really understand her job but it was clear she was lost. First it took forever to get anything. I think she only came by our table maybe 3 times. My husband ordered a drink that he didn't get until long after the food came out. My son never got his drink or food. If I could give this place a no star rating I would. One of the worst experiences I've had. We took our mother to Maggie McFly's for Mother's Day dinner on Saturday to beat the crowds. We were having a pleasant time or so we thought. Our waiter Brandon seem to be a little irritated at the fact that we had to ask for water a few times. I don't know if something changed, because the first time I went here the food and service were amazing. But then I went back for takeout one day and it was AWFUL! I ordered a caesar salad (which came with house made caesar dressing the first time) and got a container of wilted lettuce and RANCH dressing! We had lunch here today and the service was really slow. We were seated around 1:20pm and no one asked for our drinks or order until 1:40pm. Since it was a long wait we were already decided on what to order for food as well. We waited again for another 20 min to get our drinks and 30 min for the food. Just don't go here. Ignored, talked down to, order wrong, anything you can think of. We'd been waiting on drinks for about 20 minutes so I figured I'd go to the bar and at least get some waters. The bartender looked at me and pointed and said "there's your waters." Went back and sat down. Three minutes later had to go back, our waters were just sitting on a tray on an empty table. Food was bland to tasteless and the music was too loud. Dinner for two cost almost $70. Too expensive for what you get.

Service is absolutely terrible. It's unfortunate the food is actually good for service to be so bad. I will never come back and would not recommend to anyone.

I'll start by saying the food tasted good. But the staff was very unkept, messy and not very nice at all. Also my sandwich was served using a heel of bread and that's just wrong. I do not recommend.

Service is terrible. Food takes forever! We have given this place a try several times since it opened. Each time we are disappointed. Don't waste your time!
