Marshall's service was very good. The tech met expectations by performing the necessary checks and maintenance. Plus, he was polite and interactive and gave me some hints about my heating / cooling system. The company communicated well with me, providing updates on the tech's arrival time.
Our heater went out a week before Christmas. We were hosting the holidays at our home and thought we would need to cancel. Marshall's heating and air found a way to install a new furnace two days before Christmas and the price was so much less than what we expected. We would use no one else because of the way we were treated. Thank you so much.
We've used Marshall's Heating and Air Conditioning for over 15 years and have had excellent service every time. Today's service by Jeff Allen was no exception. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all our questions and explained things clearly and in terms we could understand. Marshall's office team has also been professional, friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Marshalls.

We've had Marshall's rotate an existing furnace 90 degrees, do a full heating duct replacement, and install a heat pump on an old farmhouse we're renovating. (Two separate projects.) In both cases we were very satisfied with their quotes. They completed the jobs quickly and even offered to come back later to add ducting on a room that needed to be finished. My gas fireplace hadn't worked since I moved in 4 years ago, so I contacted Marshall's to come out and take a look. I was a little concerned at first because of the initial inspection fee but soon realized that it included a lot more than I expected! Tim came out and was able to determine what the problem was, cleaned out my fireplace so it was sparkling and was able to get it working like new! Today we had Marshall's come out and install a ductless heating and cooling system. I am pleased to give the entire company a #1 rating starting with Harold who came out to give us an estimate, to the ladies in the office that I spoke to on occasion, to the two great guys, Jawhn and Andy, who actually did the hardest part which was the installation.
