We are so pleased with our service from Marshall's. Danny was helpful and professional. I needed some information regarding our thermostat. He was happy to answer. Two things I need from a company: competence and trust. Marshall's is both. Unlike other companies they do not offer 'gimmick' rates to get in the door.
Fast response. Knowledgeable staff. Good communication. Install was as scheduled with excellent product. Full heat pump and air handler replacement only took one day. Billing and financing was super easy having good options. My only regret was not getting it done sooner.
Marshall's has an excellent team assembled and I received first rate customer service when I recently hired them to replace my thermostat and perform repairs on my HVAC unit. Eden and Katie were both courteous and helpful with getting my repairs noted and scheduled. We had a great experience with Marshall’s, we hired them to clean our homes air ducts, dryer vent, and service the furnace. The young man that did the work was professional and friendly , he kept me Posted throughout the process. We will Use them again.
Marshall’s has done a variety of projects for us over the past year. The latest was installing insulation in an animal barn. They did a fabulous job, as always! It has made a HUGE difference in being able to control the temperature for my animals.
