RecommendedWe had our awning installed about 1 1/2 years ago. Just had a front screen installed yesterday. The customer service is amazing. The awning is AWESOME! The 2 main reasons we chose Marygrove over others is they are a Michigan company and they use extruded aluminum, not rolled aluminum. Example of their customer service: One day I went to adjust the pitch of the awning and instead I caught the wire for the built-in lights with the hook on the hand crank and damaged it. Our awning was installed this morning. The two men did a wonderful job and it was completed in no time. Then, a demonstration was given and all our questions were answered. Looks and works great! Thanks so much.
From the start our salesman was great, Tom Benton he was honest and took his time and explained everything to us. The gentlemen who came to install were Professional, And courteous. They also explained everything to us. Unfortunately , it was too windy to see it open yet. they worked in freezing cold weather. But so far a great Experience.
This is my 2nd home to have a Mary Grove awning installed. Their prices are very competitive, if not better than other companies. Customer service is above and beyond. The awning is the best improvement I have made to my home.

Chris’s installation crew was terrific as the installation went as smoothly as possible.
