Great customer service when you are shopping for a new awning, but unfortunately service customer service could use some work!
Awning is great everything else was very poor after 3 tries they finally got it installed it is still not right sales person was not very informative and the installers couldn't wait to get out of here it is still not right have called but no one has answered my concerns and if the wind sensor would have been installed right it maybe would not close when you are trying to roll the screen up or down

I like my awning,but when it was installed they left us with an electrical cord that did not reach the outlet. They installer said there was nothing that he could do. We had to go to many stores to find a short extension cord.

Saw your ad on TV and called for an appointment.Stayed home Saturday waiting for a rep. to show and he never did!No call that day until Sunday afternoon! Not a good way to business!Very disappointed.

Love our new awning, not real happy with the Salesman. Very rude and unprofessional. Treated us like he was doing us a favor. Had a question about the electrical installation, instead of answearing it like a professional, he proceeded to scream over the phone. Very rude.
