What an awesome experience it has been with Marygrove Awnings. We just had it installed a week ago and my family and I are enjoying the shade during the day and a well lit cover in the night. Was going to get a Marygrove awning put a 100.00 deposit down to reserve. They said we could cancel if we decided against it with deposit refunded. Had to replace our garage door so needed to cancel awning for this year. Looking to get one next spring. Have reached out to sales representative as well as office no return call no refund still. It has been since July. Horrible customer service!!!!
Marygrove Awnings. We like the product very well. The installers were very thorough and worked very hard to make sure we were happy with our purchase -- Which we are! Our installation had a custom element to it and they exceeded our expectations with that. So far, service has been great. We had one problem, which I managed to solve myself with support on the phone, but they still wanted to send someone out from Livonia, Michigan all the way to Columbus, Ohio. It took some effort to convince them not to

I like my awning,but when it was installed they left us with an electrical cord that did not reach the outlet. They installer said there was nothing that he could do. We had to go to many stores to find a short extension cord.
