Love our new Marygrove awning. Perfect for the afternoon sun we get on our deck. The installers were very timely and courteous

Services fees are UNREASONABLE. My motor was faulty and they charged me for labor ! Will go elsewhere for additional and future awnings !!!

Please do not have your sales staff tell a potential new customer that you offer a referral bonus if it's really not true. My parents recently had a retractable awning installed and they gave my name. Was told I could expect a $50 referral bonus in the mail. That was over a month ago. I have phoned on three separate occasions, each time being told that someone will follow up with me, and each time never receiving a call back.

The service fees are very unreasonable. They were out today and said nothing was wrong with my retractable awning and less than 10 minutes there and was charged $80.00. Give me a break. I paid 4,000 for an awning I should have some warranty for less than 2 years old. I'm in the wrong business.

I did a lot of research on awning companies in Michigan and was happy that a Michigan company had the best customer reviews. My wife and I ordered a 12' and 16' awning for our back deck to help with the summer sun. Overall, that awnings look great and have had many complements about them. Very quick to sell you the product will come out anytime you want them to but have them come out and look at the defects, they are a bit slow on that! They're supposed to be here between 330 and 430 and it is now going on 530 no phone call to explain when they're coming and the person that supposed to be coming is not answering their phone, what great customer service!!!!
