If you use this business make sure you are home because they lie and say they came out and didn’t. i have cameras to show that they didn’t come. Also don’t use a tech named Jonah. He lies and he didn’t remove a hornet nest. They had to send someone else out to service my home. I have had a bad experience with them. They are cheap that’s I why I dealt with them, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Someone came out and wanted to place the termite traps or whatever in our yard unannounced by the way no call or notice and they drilled into our main waterlines they rang the bell and didn’t wait for someone to come to the door they just walked off, so what if no one was home then what I know I wasn’t going to get a phone call about the issue because they came out without notifying us and stated that they would send someone out to repair the issue since they didn’t have the tools. We had termite baits installed by Massey in December,2021. Our sprinkler system was not working after that date. Our irrigation company had to add multiple hours of labor to find the problem with the system, which was that the tech who installed the baits broke a zone in the system and failed to let us know of the damage. We have since split the irrigation company bill with Massey. So I had Massey for a year doing my patio and I had to call them 4 times to come back a fix a poorly done job. The team, simply did not learned. Also, I cannot stand the fact that they always leave their truck running while performing a service increasing their already high carbon signature (carbon emissions), wasting gas resources, which will increase their operating costs.

We had Massey for an entire year. i was never home when they came but i called a few times in the summer because the back yard wasnt green. i was home one day and come to find out they werent going in the back yard at all. they auto renewed and i didnt know they did this. i contacted them immediatly and now they want to place mechnic lean on our house for 59.99. the manager. is aware the year of service wasnt preformed to quality

Don’t set up autopay! They’ll bill you and not show up. Then when you document that you were charged and no service performed with video proof, they tell you they’ll make it right immediately and a month later you still haven’t heard a word despite following up.
