Their Lawn Mowing service has gone to Crap… Here we go again… what is wrong with these guys. For a while I have a female cutting the grass an it was pretty good. Going to have to find another service.

We used Massey to get rid of a German cockroach issue. We were told by the inspector that they would also come out every three months to continue with making sure they’re gone inside of the house if we sign up for it at $85 every three months. However it appears we were lied to and the company only plans on taking care of the outside of the house. Which we did not agree to. We would have never signed up for an entirely different issue. Tried cancelling because their product doesn’t work and the company gave me the hardest time with nasty smart-ass attitude. I called to cancel and the person on the phone said I will receive a call from the GM. He calls me and asks why I want to cancel and I tell him it hasn’t worked for me. He then proceeds to ask my why I didn’t call for a free repeat service to fix the problem and I told him I have in the past but it never works. He then says I haven’t tried in the last few months. Avoid this company! My husband canceled service because we sold the house and moved out of state. They came anyway and promptly billed our card on file even though we had canceled well in advance. My husband called and they told him they can’t issue a refund and to dispute it with our bank. This is unacceptable.

BEWARE ! Do not fall from sweet words of their salesguys. they auto charge us and this happens twice without showing up. They said they locate the team on our area. But failed to show on my front and backyard CCTV. Do they have invisible guys working on my yard not visible on my camera? 🥺 We’ve been calling them this whole afternoon and no luck. Even the auto call back is failing. Bad service!!

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT support this business. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! They will charge your account, not show up for the service, and not even call to say they’re unable to make it. 1. I had to call them due to a caterpillar issue. 2. The lady said “oh someone was supposed to be there on Monday and didn’t show up, let me reschedule it for you”. 3. They are liars. They no call no show twice then show up when they damn well please . It was already established that I was to be home during install. I was not home during install because they bv show up when they want. They entered my closed gate back yard clearly marked with a bad dog sign. Idiots. They lied and stated bait traps would be 8 feet apart. They are actually up to 13 feet apart, average being 12 feet. The lied stated bait traps would be by the house. They are all over my yard. They state Termite bait will be 8 feet apart and they install them 13 feet apart. They no call no show two times then show up when they damn well please and enter closed gated backyard with bad dog sign posted. This is when they had no appointment and it was already established that I was to be home at the time of install. They are horribly managed, if managed at all.

Tech. did not provide service I was billed for. Charged $107 for less than 4 min of him being onsite. Could not get a call back from local office about the issue.
