They are liars. They no call no show twice then show up when they damn well please . It was already established that I was to be home during install. I was not home during install because they bv show up when they want. They entered my closed gate back yard clearly marked with a bad dog sign. Idiots. They state Termite bait will be 8 feet apart and they install them 13 feet apart. They no call no show two times then show up when they damn well please and enter closed gated backyard with bad dog sign posted. This is when they had no appointment and it was already established that I was to be home at the time of install. They are horribly managed, if managed at all.

Tech. did not provide service I was billed for. Charged $107 for less than 4 min of him being onsite. Could not get a call back from local office about the issue.

The worst Customer Service I have EVER EXPERIENCED!!! my bank account has been charged, even when I received no service. I called to see why I was charged, agent stated that someone was supposed to come out days before! So I schedule an appointment for the next day, no one showed up! I called back to customer service, she stated that the technician in my area called out sick. This is so unprofessional I could scream. I definitely want a refund and out of my contract. I will be contacting the BBB. I hate it!

Very disappointed with our Massey lawn service. We have been using them for over a year. We started using them to help keep our newly installed sod looking great. Within 6 months our sod had mostly died and Massey began telling us they were going to resod. It still has not been done. I have asked and called multiple times and every time they tell me it’s going to be done and at one point told me it would be done within two weeks. That was two months ago. Very bad experience with Massey and do not recommend. I was mischarged $100 and have been thrown from person to person saying it would be put back on my account for over a week now. No one has gotten back to me and when i called to just cancel my account even if it meant being out $100, no one was there to help in my area and i was told I’d be given a call…still no call. Can’t stress enough - save your money!!!! Don’t recommend.
