This year has been the worst. Initially they will tell you that they kill the weeds. Then as the weeds (all kinds) take over, they will tell you that you will have to hand pick them. The weeds are winning. Also missed a couple of scheduled applications. We were told that there was issues within the company and nobody was getting the correct service. This is one of the worst service i ever faced. Without our permission they directly come to our backyard and charge your credit card. If we ask we have an 30 days written agreement to cancel it. They provide the follow up service if they have any work at your location and not the committed dates. General Manager will give false promises.

Totally useless, Agreed to go up on the roof and track down and kill a wasps nest in the chimney, and did no such thing. The goof that came out “couldn’t go on the roof” and wanted us to call a chimney sweep guy to get it. My guess is he was a coward. Nice of them to bill for services they didn’t provide.

My experience with MASSEY services is HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! They recently purchased a company that I was using for 17 years, never had a problem. As soon as they took over all my problems started. There technicians are unknowledgeable, every time I asked a question they don’t have an answer. Terrible customer service and not willing to help me. Long hold times when you call. I will NEVER use or recommend MASSEY services to anyone!

Used Massey for an ant issue I had in 2020. They set some bait up, and 2 days later the ants quadrupled. They came back out, and did a few other things. Long story short, they could not get rid of ants. Charged me $140 for first visit and $80 quarterly. Canceled services, which they allowed and hired Terminix. Terminix had ants gone less than 24 hours. Fast forward to today. New Port Richey, FL I was driving home after dropping off my daughter at her before/after school program and surprise surprise, I saw one of their drivers cut from the far right lane, across 2 lanes of traffic to the far left lane cutting off multiple cars doing so. the kicker? no blinker to tip it all off and proceeded to speed 20+ over the speed limit. Talk about a way to cause an accident. judging by your reviews, this seems par for the course. I can't wait for your driver's to cost you millions in insurance claims.
