I'm a new customer we had the initial treatment on Nov 9. Was told he would be back in a month to check the lawn aswell as someone cones out aerate the lawn. It is now December 29th and no one has been out. I called the office and two times they said he would be out and nobody shows up. At this point I'm going to call and cancel to go with another company with better service and communication. I'm in the Saint Cloud FL area.

Massey has effectively killed our lawn. I used to do the lawn myself and throw out some weed and feed once every six months. I signed up with Massey lawn services to try to get the lawn more lush. We signed up for monthly but realized that we didn’t need shrub care so moved to bimonthly. The lawn in the backyard started to look thicker at first so that was good but the front yard started declining. At first Massey said it was because I moved to bimonthly and not monthly. I was advised in both writing and via phone yesterday on 12/13/21 by Mercedes Schmit that termite treatment of my home was due for renewal by 12/23/21 and that a payment in the amount of $225 was needed. I paid for the renewal as termite treatment is inevitable especially with wood frame homes. While in my garage today, 12/14/21 I realized that my home had already been treated in March of this year and that no additional services should be needed until March 2022. This year has been the worst. Initially they will tell you that they kill the weeds. Then as the weeds (all kinds) take over, they will tell you that you will have to hand pick them. The weeds are winning. Also missed a couple of scheduled applications. We were told that there was issues within the company and nobody was getting the correct service. This is one of the worst service i ever faced. Without our permission they directly come to our backyard and charge your credit card. If we ask we have an 30 days written agreement to cancel it. They provide the follow up service if they have any work at your location and not the committed dates. General Manager will give false promises.

Totally useless, Agreed to go up on the roof and track down and kill a wasps nest in the chimney, and did no such thing. The goof that came out “couldn’t go on the roof” and wanted us to call a chimney sweep guy to get it. My guess is he was a coward. Nice of them to bill for services they didn’t provide.
