Whoever the door-to-door salesman that has been in our neighborhood today (06/09/2021) is very rude and highly UNprofessional. There is a "NO SOLICITATION" sign at the entrance, yet he has been very aggressive and harassing to myself and my neighbors! He's followed people (including myself) into their yards and when asked to stop/leave he states that he has "a 4th Amendment right" to do what he is doing. I would not give business to a company with the unprofessional sales practices. The salesperson has been harassing the people of our neighborhood all day. Multiple residents have shared accounts of refusal to accept no or please leave as an acceptable answer. Personally I was trying to leave and he came up my driveway. I immediately told him I wasn't interested and I know he has been pushy with others in the area. Palm Beach Gardens Office Absolutely the worse! Don’t come when they say they are. Amazing the trucks are always breaking down and people are sick! Need to walk the property with them so they treat the weeds or your lawn will never get the proper attention. Shrubs were losing leaves and asked the tech to look at during a routine treatment. So you think it's appropriate to conduct door-to-door sales on Memorial Day? You immediately lost me forever as a potential customer.
The general managers are people that they have hired off the street with no experience. NO GO! When they say a manager is coming to take a look at your issues, more than likely he will have less experience than the original tech, and will try to do the same thing as the original tech. They also try to save money by using as little chemical as possible by caulking cracks and crevices around the home. Extremely high turn over rate, due to upper management. Tech only sprayed a fraction of my living room. Didn't do anything in kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom except pour down their own version of Drano to potentially "kill eggs" of what the tech told me was drain flies...but I later verified is actually fruit flies. They also didn't spray or bait behind any electrical sockets or light switches as I know other pest control companies did in other apartments I lived at. They come to my home because my condo has a contract with them AND THEY DO NOTHING!!! They don't treat, give me attitude, yet every night i have swarms of termites eating my home. my door frame has been eaten and they DO NOTHING!!! WORST BUG COMPANY EVER!!
