The worst Customer Service I have EVER EXPERIENCED!!! my bank account has been charged, even when I received no service. I called to see why I was charged, agent stated that someone was supposed to come out days before! So I schedule an appointment for the next day, no one showed up! I called back to customer service, she stated that the technician in my area called out sick. This is so unprofessional I could scream. I definitely want a refund and out of my contract. I will be contacting the BBB. I hate it!

Horrible horrible customer service! Awful service. I’m so sad I ever learned about this terrible company. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Very disappointed with our Massey lawn service. We have been using them for over a year. We started using them to help keep our newly installed sod looking great. Within 6 months our sod had mostly died and Massey began telling us they were going to resod. It still has not been done. I have asked and called multiple times and every time they tell me it’s going to be done and at one point told me it would be done within two weeks. That was two months ago. I keep getting letters from our HOA about our grass. With as much as I ... read more

Very bad experience with Massey and do not recommend. I was mischarged $100 and have been thrown from person to person saying it would be put back on my account for over a week now. No one has gotten back to me and when i called to just cancel my account even if it meant being out $100, no one was there to help in my area and i was told I’d be given a call…still no call. Can’t stress enough - save your money!!!! Don’t recommend.

Would never use a company who keeps coming to your door,and asking for business! Three times in about 6 weeks.Never wearing a mask! Stop the solicitation!!

Horrible service. Horrible communication. Awful excuses. We signed up, paid in full and then no one shows. And then given every excuses in the book. Don't waste you time or money. And we are new customers

I used to have precision and Massey took over from precision. Never had issues in past but this new company customer service is horrible… my quarterly service is due in end of July but they want to do it beginning of July. Called customer service and talk to someone name Marsha rude lady. She first argue with me then she said I can move it to end of July. Then i asked if it can be done on Saturday as they come on weekday but don’t treat inside garage. This way I am off from work and open garage for them. But she said no it ... read more

I had Massey install a sprinkler system, sod my front yard, and have been provided lawn treatments continuously for the past two years. When installing the sprinkler system, they cut through the roots of the tree in my back yard. Needless to say, next storm, it fell. They did nothing to help. After two years my lawn looks like the pictures. Service people are nice, but what am I paying for?
