Initially the first service technician mis-diagnosed the damage and we waited a week to get a part that was in the replacement part box the, the technician failed to discover. Once we got a senior maintenance technician involved, the damage was properly diagnosed and the work went exceptionally well. All of the new installation team were highly professional and accomplished tge installation in one day, and hauled off the old furnace.
