Not google cloud ready I searched in the amazon search bar for google cloud ready and this printer popped up.... ITS NOT GOOGLE CLOUD READY UPDATE 3/13/19 This printer already drove screen says receiving data and that’s all. Tried everything still locked up. Drive an hour to the closest service center he said return it no fix... AMAZIN TECH WAS WORTHLESS and COULDNT UNDERSTSAND HIM AT ALL!!!! So hung up and threw printer in garbage
Not really designed for US coins US coins are probably smaller than the coins this was designed for. I don't recommend it for use with US coins.
Printer short circuited the house wirings when switched on for first time This was a gift for my brother. He switched it on and printer literally spewed smoke and now obviously shows no sign of life. :'(
The product is correct for the Country The printer sent to me was for use only in USA and Canada and thus was not any use to me. I did once I had gained a refund from Amazon go and buy the Brother Wireless All-in-One Inkjet Printer, MFC-J491D from Harvey Norman that was made for Australia. The printer was a present and was well received.

Useless!! Bought this printer in August and its been a pain from day one. Now in January it's completely gone, IT guy says he can't fix it, what a waste of money!! Going back to HP.
Needs bigger ink storage I really wanted to love this printer but the fact I have to replace my black ink cartridge, what seems like every other week, doesnt make it love it.
Didn't work. Poor support from Brother. So the instructions tell you how to set it up, and then it prints a test page. Ours showed nothing on the cyan test, so we followed the instructions for it to clean the print head and get the same result. Two more times. On a brand new printer. We call Brother, they say the 'starter' print cartridge is probably empty from us cleaning the print head three times. How much does it waste when you clean it? How tiny are the starter cartridges?
