EXTREMELY SLOW SLOW SLOW I've used many printers in my life Inkjet, Deskjet, Laser... but i've never seen a printer as SLOW as this one, it's as if the ink is dropped drop by drop
Compact, lackluster color, no duplex copying from ADF The size of the printer is great, pretty compact. The print quality is so-so. It does the job, however I was never able to completely clean the magenta print head in the initial set up (small dots stayed missing in the print quality page and I gave up after using a LOT of ink), but haven't really noticed issues from the actual print of missing ink. Get what you pay for. Slow and hard to use. Meow bought this as Meow needed a printer for some legal documents. It works fine as a basic printer, but is slow. The controls are not intuitive at all. Very poorly designed/engineered in its user friendliness . It is cheap, and you get what you pay for. If you rarely use a printer, and need one just for occasional printing or copying; Then this a economical way to do so. It is missing many functions. I received this printer exactly 30 days ago. That means I can't return it now. The cart door broke the first time I opened it. The new thing is that the ink cart fill level doesn't work correctly. When one cart goes low, I am told to change the all. That is getting way too expensive.
Worst purchase ever From day 1 constant issues with print quality, particularly with color. Tech support walked me through a fix which used up every bit of ink and then some, but I figured if it fixed the issue it would be worth having to purchase the extra ink, which is super expensive. The fix worked for about 2 months, and now I'm right back where I was to begin with. Poor color quality. Everything is either washed in yellow or red. Tired of the problem. Tired of buying ink.
