Just okay, but not perfect It’s slow but works. If you want a high quality printer this item is not the one.
Warning you have to deal with Microsoft if you want to use this product! I'm sure it's a great printer but you have to deal with Microsoft's bull crap, I'm on hour two now of constantly resetting passwords and trying to download all the Microsoft stuff that I need just so I can print out this one paper for school, I'm going to put it back in the box put it in the attic for the next 20 years to hide my shame in thinking that something could be easy as printing out a piece of paper. WAY TOO COMPLICATED FOR SIMPLE PRINTING THIS PRINTER IS DIFFICULT TO PRINT PHOTOS, COMPLICATED TO INTERFACE WITH COMPUTER, PAPER JAMS OFTEN, INSTRUCTIONS ARE A RUBE GOLDBERG WANNA BE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JUNK. GOES INTO THE TRASH TODAY.
Would not recommend Worst printer I've owned. Jams 75% of the time, missfeeds the rest of the time
Time waster This thing is soooo slow for everything--scanning, printing documents, etc. I am thoroughly unimpressed. Comparing this to another 10 year old printer that I donated, and that printer was 10 times faster. Also? Picture quality is not good. They come out lifeless and too opaque. I wish I could return this.
New and broke out of box Unfortunately unit came broke out of the box. Printer would not accept ink cartridges during the installation process.
Lasted 16 months. Light use. Wasn't expecting miracles, but this seems a bit short Printer seems to have a lot of functionality for $90, but after 16 months, it is permanently clogged. Tried all the official tricks and several unofficial.
WFI continuance WFI connection format
Clogged Printer Head, 4F error from day 1 We received a dud, and fought with it for 2 months. Should have returned it, but being stubborn I dealt with it and finally gave up on it only after the return period was elapsed. I just replaced it with a much more capable, robust (but expensive) non-Brother LaserJet instead and couldn't be happier Once setup, the printer would print for about one day and then give a "4F" error the next time a print job was submitted.
