Ink issue The ink ran out very quickly. It was supposed to have printed about 200 pages. It barely made it to 75.
only 3.5 months old and already not working Have cleaned, changed ink, etc and won't print without streaks and blank spots. Of course too late to return/exchange.
Wow this printer set a new record one week printed 12 pages and it's toast This printer is amazing it printed twelve pages of black typed print and one small color image when I tested the color quality. I have had better prints using carbon paper when it did print. For those of you who don't know what carbon paper is look it up you'll learn something amazing about history. Ink too expensive! The ink for my last brother printer cost $15 for enough ink for 1200 pages (2 sets of cartridges). The ink for this printer costs $25 and you only get enough ink for 400 pages! Print quality is fine and the printer is easy to set up and use but the ink is too expensive!
Slowest Printer I Ever Had This printer has been printing the same black and white page for an hour. So ridiculous. Update: it took an hour and four minutes to print the attached page. For about forty of those minutes were waiting for a brother rep. TL:DR - Don't buy this. Don't buy this printer, and I recommend reading up on any other brand, period. It only exists to covertly suck up your unused ink, and disable the entire machine whenever it wants until you feed in another cartridge. This is not just an exaggeration by disgruntled commenters. You get what you paid for Defective item Doesn’t print in black Replaced three brand cartridges with no effect
DO NOT BUY I once owned this product but I didn't purchase it from Amazon so it won't show me being a verified customer. But anyways this printer is trash. Difficult connection, extremely slow printing, and drinks ink like it's dying of thirst. To add when it randomly turns on (to do what I guess is cleaning itself) it uses up the ink. I wouldn't sell or even give this to someone for free.
Very poor ink quality Color is very faded and some of the pictures I printed get their white background coming out black like the black square on the photo I attached here. It’s also really slow. Overall horrible color printer
