    Poor print quality I had a high quality photo I tried printing on both fabric transfer paper and photo paper and they both showed horizontal lines. I assumed it was a feed issue. I returned it and bought an HP and determined that it probably was a feed issue since the photo came out perfectly with the HP. I contacted Brother and requested they call me about the issue before I returned it and I got a lousy email instead.     Printer Headache This printer was very difficult to set up. I had to pull the ink in and out several times and it leaked on hands and flew on the wall.

    Printer does not work properly. Only Prints. No scanning of fax. Tried trouble shooting, but only recommendation is to turnoff and turn back on.

    Almost impossible to set up[ I have tried to attach wifi to no avail. I plugged in the phone line and it shut down my phone system, I have not been able to print anything. I hope to return it.

    Hasn’t worked yet Says ink cartridge is empty and it isn’t. Won’t work.

    Fails to stay "on-line" Required me to unplug power and reboot EVERYTIME I wanted to print. Printer would show that the wifi is enabled and connected, but each time I wanted to print my PC would show that the printer is "off-line". Trying everything to reconnect failed until I unplugged it and started al over.

    Cannot keep connection to wifi I have to continue to reconnect to pc and phone because of the WiFi network

    Junk Broken right out the box. Didn't print several colors. Cheap build quality. Bought this because I liked the simplicity of it. Went back to Canon after returning it and have no issues.

    easy replenish ink just doesn't work I signed up for easy replenish ink. I have had my brother printer for 1 month and I have been out of the color I need or received a color I don't need. When I called, the geek squad woman wanted to charge me to fix what sounded like their software problem. Her words were "we can't fix it for free". Hello, my printer is still under warranty I can return it and replace it for free.
