Ok printer for beginners Fax is horrible send 5 to 6 pages at once is the only problem other than that it’s a good buy!
Not great and very loud. I purchased this printer to supplement my Brother black and white laserjet. I needed a document feeder that could scan more than 1 page at a time, so for the price, thought it would do the job. As soon as I turned it on, the sound of the screeching and bumping coming from the printer made me think it was broken. This is not easy to use. The bluetooth option keeps shutting down. If any amount of time has elapsed since I printed, the password has to be re-entered. I print from my desk top, laptop, and ipad and they all have trouble locating this printer. Pain in the neck! The key panel is not user friendly and very unclear in my opinion. The cost wasn't bad, however I would have paid more for a device that stayed hooked up and was easier to use.

Bought two and both were defective I really wanted to like this printer. It was nice to be able to connect my smartphone and chromebook to it. It printed on regular paper just fine, but I use a printer for photos, and this is where they failed big time. First photo I tried to print the paper jammed. Same with second and third. Finally got one to print and there were lines across the whole page and black splotches on the page. Boxed it up and brought it back and got one just like it. Slow! This printer is very slow when printing black and white. Haven't tried to print in color...
