Not good for 11" x 17" printing I ordered this to print 11" x 17" tabloid size paper. It is very inefficient. You have to load one sheet at a timeand it usually kicks the sheet out the first time just to make you frustrated. Sometimes it prints blank pages over and over. Sometimes the wifi doesn't work. I hate this thing and wish I would have never purchased it.

Not happy. Can only load one 11 x 17 sheet at a time Not happy. We purchased it to print double-sided 11 x17 sheets. The printer does that, but you have to feed it one sheet at a time. Even if you're only printing one side, you still have to feed it to the printer one sheet at a time for that size of paper. We saw that someone else had complained about this very thing, so we called Amazon before we bought it and were assured that we could load more than one 11 x 17 sheet at a time. Not true.
Printer didn't print true colors! Printer arrived in very good shape. Unpacked and installed as recommended and printed the test page. Test page showed many missing spots. I contacted Customer's service who was very helpful and patient. We spent about 90 minutes and tried to clean printer head. Once we emptied ink, she suggest to send three new inks. Don't bother Poor print quality, no local office store carry supplies in store, printer starting jamming paper within a day of usage, 11 x 17 paper only feeds one at a time.
Purchased this printer for the scanning feature and it killed ... Purchased this printer for the scanning feature and it killed my Internet connection when I installed it. I had to contact Dell and pay $100 for tech support to fix my computer. The scan function worked for three weeks and then stopped and I have yet to solve the problem. Brother support was not helpful and told me it was a Dell issue.
One Star ran out of ink after printing 15 pages
Warning - Does not duplex 11x17 paper I purchased this printer based on the product description that it could automatically duplex 11x17 paper. I have since found out that is not the case. Anyone who is looking for a printer that can do 11x17 paper, but requires automatic duplexing, this is not the printer for you. Other than that, the printer is adequate.
Too much time to set up and get clogged nozzles cleaned I always looked on people who give one star as cranks, but I don't see how else I can rate this machine. I have a Brother laser printer that works fine. I am sure this one will if I ever get it set up and fixed. But it came with clogged black nozzles. Unfortunately, because of travel I wasn't able to open the box until after the 30-day return period for Amazon. That's my responsibility, but it doesn't let Brother off the hook. No black.
