Stay away from this product. Bought it in August. Worked great until it just didn’t 6 months later. Cleaning does nothing, we have done about 6 cycles with no improvement, the printing quality is awful, this practically new printer unusable. Update: Brother support was awesome, sent us a replacement and everything. Now 2 months later the replacement has the exact same issue.
This machine is very low quality This machine is crap! Brother is so unclear on which features each printer does & does not have! This one will NOT scan or copy on both sides of a sheet, but it will print? What a joke! I’m done with brother products for good! UPDATE: no stores carry the ink cartridges for these printers. Steer clear of brother!!!
Brother Printer jams after 2 months Paper jam which could not be fixed after 2 months home use. Phone support was good but the phone service rep. believed I could confirm purchase date over the phone which was not the case. So here I am going on 3 hrs to settle this issue. We will have to ship the non functioning printer back to them which Brother says they will pay for. I'm good with returning the printer, hoping it doesn't end up in a landfill. Quality was good while it worked.....

Impresora Brother, la peor opción en el mercado. Para botarla. Vino con el vidrio de la pantalla roto, y cuando trato de buscar el repuesto, al mes de comprada aparece como producto descontinuado. Esto es una estafa.
