Happy so far.. This is the first product from Brother we have ever owned. We formally had Epson Workforce large format which quit printing clearly after 19 months. Back to Brother: The unpacking and physical set up was easy. The instructions on the wireless set up and on screen was not super clear, however all ended well. You will need to have a CD drive on your computer or laptop for the installation. That aside, we are happy with the print quality. Great printer for small business that needs to print 11x17 We had been leasing a printer for our small business the past few years and were paying a fortune for it (we could buy this printer every month for the price we were paying to lease). When it was time to renew we decided to look into buying something. This printer met our needs (scans to email, wifi compatible and prints 11x17 pages). One Great Printer!!!! This is some printer that Brother has developed. It works like a charm on the functions I checked. It does 2-sided print and also handles the large formats up to 11x17 paper. This model Prints/Scans/Copies/Fax on Wifi or wired network. This printer can also be configured remotely from a PC/iMac using the Brother SW tools on the CD. Huge printer with a lot of bang for the buck. Fix the software!! This printer has great print and scan quality for everyday use. Some people want highly detailed graphics that this machine does not have. The print quality for graphics and text is pretty darn good for what I need. Good quality printing...wifi not stable. The over quality of the printer is excellent. It does everything as advertised... except... the wifi connection. It will NOT stay connect to the router. And, it is 5' from the router. For right now wifi is not a high priority... it will be later. The printing is excellent using 11"x17" paper from the lower drawer. This machine is far superior in every respect I purchased this Brother AIO to replace one from HP. This machine is far superior in every respect, except for a slight downgrade in photo printing quality. I have it networked with 4 users sharing it. We use it for scanning, faxing and low volume printing. We have laser printers that handle our heavy duty b & W printing.
