Five Stars It came fast and is working great!
Finally a working printer, I hope So far I like the printer with it's many features. I took off 1 star for the bad tech support. On receipt, I had a scan/copy bar stuck in the middle position of the glass. Followed on screen instructions saying to turn it off, then called tech support. After some other steps, they finally had me to unload the software, then reload. I should never have listened. It did not complete & left my computer with problems. Good Printer This printer has a wide variety of features. I like the the printing from mobile devices, 11x17 option and the general mfc capability. I did have some trouble clearing a paper jam. The instructions were unclear and even were confusing to support rep whom I ended up calling before I was going to return the printer. There is a flap behind the "paper support" where a piece of paper had been neatly folded by the printer machinery into a folding fan sort of thing. Fantastic product. This machine prints complex 11 x 17 ... Fantastic product. This machine prints complex 11 x 17 pdf's from autocad drawings much faster than our expensive copier. We bought it to save steps fro our drafting department, but I find myself using it because of the TIME it saves I definitely would recommend it and would by it again.
EXCELLENT PRODUCT PRODUCT HAS DEFINITELY MET MY EXPECTATIONS AND I AM WELL PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT AT HAND. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WITH A SMALL BUSINESS, QUALITY OF PRINT IS GREAT AND I LOVE THE DUPLEX PRINTING ALSO.
Great printer / copy machine for the price... Great Product & I highly recommend. Works well with color printing and larger ledger paper that I use for my building business.
So far, so good! So far, so good! Install and set-up could have been a bit less taxing. I have it set-up on Wi-Fi. Love that you can print from tablets, phones, etc.!
You can't beat Brother for scanning, printing and faxing This is our third multi-function brother printer. Print jobs are quick and easy printing to different size papers in the trays, and the multipurpose tray on the MFC-J6935DW, has been upgraded to hold more than one sheet of paper, envelops or specialty papers. I do genealogy research and being able to scan all sizes of documents is a breeze. Scanning photos could not be more easy, just lay out the photos leaving space between each one and they are each cropped and saved... read more
High quality personal ledger size printer. *updated 1 Downloaded drivers and software from Brother instead of using included disc so that I'd have the latest ones (because I once had a very bad experience with outdated drivers included with a Suunto product) so I can't speak to the included software. Brother's website seemed to require that I create an account, which I was not thrilled to do.
