Don't buy a Brother MFC-J6935 Hate this printer! Slow, jams, not user friendly, poor quality and BROTHER service is AWFUL!
It is the worst I've ever seen Is anyone else having a problem with this printer printing extremely slow? It is the worst I've ever seen. You send something to the printer and have to sit there and wait for about 2 minutes while it thinks, clicks and thinks and clicks then finally decides to print.
I received the printer a couple of days ago. ... I received the printer a couple of days ago. I installed the printer in accordance with the instruction. The test page (The Print Quality Check Sheet) did not show the yellow color. As instructed, I did the cleaning process twice and got the same results. I emailed Brother and in response, they gave me additional instruction to follow. It is still giving me the same result with the yellow ink missing. Firmware, Software and Drivers are horrible I had written this review shortly after buying the MFC-6935DW in September of 2017. This printer loses its WiFi connection routinely, after resuming following sleep mode. Cycling power to the printer restores connection, possibly because the printer requests renewal of its IP address lease. This issue alternately rectified itself or resumed occurring with alternating firmware upgrades. TWO DEFECTIVE -- DO NOT BUY Bought one -- made thin faint lines 3.5 cm apart on any solid image/graphic/picture -- most visible on medium to light images -- copied OR printed from PowerPoint -- under normal resolution (set on printer or in PowerPoint). However on high resolution print setting, lines no longer appear. Many hours on phone with Brother who exchanged original, replacement sent had exact same problem. INK cartridges supplied are only starter cartridges not what you might expect Ran setup only to the point of testing the ink. Yellow came out very vague, so I tried the test again. Called Brother for support and they had me run the test again. Still a very faded yellow. Took me through a special test for only yellow, but that test was interrupted because the printer displayed a message that I was out of magenta.
