Great for high volume. Great for printing. The copy/scan feature is great until the feeder stops working properly. It will suddenly start skipping pages, or go to a snail's pace. I wish the feeder could be replaced as easily as the drum.
Workhorse- but not as happy as we once were We use this printer for daily clerk duties in office. Have been using these machines for years. It seems the quality of this printer has dropped over the years. We have to clean the paper feeders frequently to prevent misfeeds, and clean with corona wire to prevent dots on printed documents. We replace them when the photo conductor goes out because it costs more to fix than replace. Great Printer The easiest printer I had ever setup. No issue, simple intsall, works great with wifi. GREAT tech support ( had a simple quezstion ). No compliants. Will use them over HP anytime.
