Work well but has annoying print roller squeak! Printer functions as desired and is serviced only with Brother brand products. The upper guide rollers that direct the output paper to the output tray/bin make an very annoying squeak. Spraying dry silicone lube at the source area will quiet the squeak for a day or so. Replacing the rollers would require disassembling the entire printer. We mistaken thought there was only a 90 day warranty.

Sold! Glad we chose this printer/copier. We bought this for our office - it's not used heavily, but it works like a charm and has nice features, such as double sided copying. The first toner cartridge lasted nearly a year! It is tall, but we have it on a lower "cart", so that it's easy enough for the us shorter staff members to use easily.
Great multi-function device Great multi-function device. Makes government paper work and business a lot easier to have a real printer / copy station like this.
Overall great office printer! We purchased this printer for my wife's CPA office and she's thoroughly satisfied. It is important you download the brother software that handles all driver updates and correctly configures your computer to recognize the Brother printer, otherwise you may experience problems. Hope this helps!

Excellent printer. This brother printer is fast Excellent printer. This brother printer is fast, easy to use, and has all the features that I use. I had an older Brother laser printer that lasted 12 year and it was just time to upgrade. This printer is even better than the old printer.
