Great Fax! I have used this fax for the last two years with zero problems in a high volume setting. Best fax I've ever had, and costs much less than buying from a commission salesman. My one complaint is the number keys are very particular in where you have to hit them to get the number you want. Besides that it's been outstanding.
Excellent Production This class of Brother all in one printers do not disappoint. I've upgraded all my workstations now with them. I always get the extra life toner cartridges and they seem to live up to the promise of 3000 pages or better.
Easy to set up This is a great printer scanner. The software does the install for you. Everything worked first time. Love the touch screen. Scan documents into PDF's with one touch of the screen. It could not be easier. Great value for the buck!! Brother really has this figured out.
Seems to last 4-5 months.. This printer has been great when its working, but have already gone through 2 of them. The first one had issues with the scanner motor malfunction and then the scanner stopped working, 2nd was creasing paper. The bright side is Brother has been great with the warranty and getting us a replacement printer.
Lots of intuitive features My last printer was another Brother that I bough 15 years ago. It was great, and it lasted 15 stinkin years, and this is a wonderful replacement. I have it on my wireless network, and my wife and I can print from any of our devices. It takes almost no time to warm up, and it has a great scan-to-computer feature to make it just wonderfully easy to scan anything we need.
