Loses wireless constantly Then printer needs to be re-started EVERY TIME I need to print anything. Customer service absent.

scaner dosent work via wifi printer is good but you can not scan wifi, so if you can only conect your printer to the wifi, scaner will not work.
DO NOT BUY This was the second one I purchased, the first stopped working right after the one year warranty. This last one has stopped working two weeks before the warranty is up, BUT they will not service or replace since the manufactured date is in 2017. I will never by another Brother.
First Toner Does Not Work - But Good Customer Service Update on July 7th Customer service is great. So I adjusted the stars to four. The Very First Toner Comes with Machine Does Not Work Purchased this MFC-L8610CDW few days ago and today just started using it. Brother is a Tech Support Nightmare Product was purchase less than 90 days ago, replacement for the machine is a nightmare. Amazon should hold their vendors accountable to give better customer service.
Dirty prints We have had this less than a month and have toner scatter on our prints. Their recommended cleaning procedures did not fix the print quality. Print speed is good.
WILL NOT DUPLEX SCAN!!! ONLY DUPLEX PRINT! I purchased this printer because it states DUPLEX, what the advertising fails to mention is that is ONLY does PRINTING in duplex. YOU CANNOT SCAN in duplex. I am very disappointed in this machines capabilities for what it cost. I have been a brother brand advocate for many years and my business has purchased many of their printers and we have been pleased with performance.
