I received Dr. Madsen’s name from a friend. Both her and her husband had seen him. I put my name on the EmergeOrtho website about 4 pm to request an appt. I received a call about 8 pm and was given an appt for 8 am the next morning! The office is about an hour from me. Dr. Madsen saw me right away and listened to my issues. An X-ray was done and we agreed I needed an MRI. I received a phone call that afternoon for an appt for an MRI 2 days later. Amazing everything good
Dr. Madsen was great! He was attentive to my needs while being quick and to the point. While EmergeOrtho is not in my preferred providers, I pay extra for the care and service provided here. When you're hurt you need someone who is empathetic and looks out for your best interest... This is that place.
I went to Dr. Madsen on recommendation of my wife back in January of this year. Excruciating pain like I’ve never experienced. Left shoulder blade down my arm to finger tips were numb and tinglely but ached to the bone. After he did an examination, he ordered an MRI that revealed a cervical herniated disc c5-6. I requested surgery as my wife, about 1 year earlier, tried an injection then a couple of PT visits with no relief and her pain, like mine was 10.
