We took our chicken that was bit by a dog for an emergency visit on a Sunday afternoon. The staff was kind and helpful. They were open about treatment options and offered to keep her overnight free of charge because we had driven a long way and there was going to be a significant wait while they took care of her wounds. They called consistently with updates. When we picked her up, they spent time with us showing how to give the medication and care for her. They were able to get me in right away for an emergency. I have a Serama pullet (almost 5 mo old) who was having problems with her crop emptying and I could tell there was air trapped in there. They were great with explaining everything and took such wonderful care of her. The Techs provided her with a lot of attention and love, which really made me so much happier knowing she was not just sitting in her crate being ignored. I highly recommend bringing your bird or exotic animal here.

Took Hamburger in for a checkup and never have felt safer with this staff. They all were so sweet and amazing while I was there feeling full of worry for my pet. He is feeling so much more alive and well after our visit. Couldn't recommend enough! Thank you all that made my trip memorable here!😃

After calling around to 15+ vets, Midwest was able to get my Cockatoo in. He had broken his wing, bone exposed. Thank goodness they could see him! The staff spent time talking and petting him too.
