went in right away with clear scabies symptoms. they told me I had athletes foot within 60 seconds and shuttled me out immediately. they were wrong!

Was never seen by anyone and was charged $85. Will be calling to get reimbursed as I was told by the lady at the front desk that this would be returned to my card and 3 weeks later it has not.

Waited an hour just to be asked for my credit card because "we couldn't confirm if you have a copay". They had my insurance card, which states a $20 copay, and if that wasn't enough, there's no reason it should take an hour to come to that conclusion between the 2 people working the desk and 3 other people in the lobby. When I got back there 10 minutes later, I was seen by a nurse practitioner who asked questions about my symptoms then told me to move to another room to be seen by the doctor. Just disgusting place... I would rather mark this place like -5. The staff is absolutely not professional, the so-called doctor didn't even try to help my 2 year old child, didn't even look at him, who had a swollen and injured leg... We waited more than 2 hours, we paid $125 to be told to go to the emergency care because we can't help you... One question, what I paid for ??? Nothing to say

I would rate this place a zero!! The Black lady at the front desk registered me and told me to sit down and someone will call me right away. I was the only one waiting and people start coming in. They call a few people that came in after me and I thought it was because I was a walk in and they had appointments. SO rude. Every question I asked I got sooo much attitude from these young girls who couldn't be bothered to actually provide care or clarification. As if sorting out insurance and what not isn't stressful as is. If you can avoid this place, avoid it.

I went to this clinic with severe pain in my back, left ribs and into my chest. This pain persists with movement, breathing, etc. and I was told to get a massage and take a muscle relaxer. I asked for additional research into my situation and was met with resistance by my physician, Dr. Sanchez. We agreed on an xray of the area, however, they did not even xray where I explained I am experiencing pain. I can't wait to pay a ton of money for images of an area I didn't ask for! care quality was terrible. I went in for a broken toe that had yet to heal. I understand tht urgent care only sees a part of your medical history and as POC i try to advocate for exactly what i want and what i think is happening with my body and was treated extremely poorly and met with a horrible attitude of a nurse practitioner. Her words were flippant and condescending. She was clearly unconcerned and uninterested in what I had to say as a parent.
